According to the explanation by THK, a public university named Turkish Aeronautical Association was founded to provide the staff for Turkey’s need of aeronautics and space.
In the election made in the first meeting of committee of trustees, Ünsal Ban, M.D. was chosen for the dean position with a consensus and it is confirmed by Higher Education Council of Turkey.
